Most people reach out for support because something isn't working the way they hoped it would. Sometimes it's anxiety that won't quiet down, a relationship that feels stuck, grief that lingers longer than expected, or a life transition that leaves them feeling disconnected from themselves. Other times it's a struggling team, a leadership challenge, organizational conflict, or the growing realization that the systems around them are no longer producing the outcomes they desire.

Whatever the context, my role is to help people make sense of what is happening beneath the surface. Together, we explore the patterns, beliefs, relationships, and dynamics that are shaping the situation and identify practical, meaningful paths forward. I believe lasting change comes through greater awareness, deeper connection, increased responsibility, and a clearer sense of purpose.

Over the course of my career, I have worked with individuals, couples, families, leaders, teams, and organizations facing a wide range of challenges. My clinical work has included helping people navigate anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief, addiction, trauma, spiritual concerns, and major life transitions. At the same time, I have spent years leading organizations, developing teams, building programs, and helping leaders navigate complexity, culture, change, and growth.

One of the perspectives that shapes all of my work is the understanding that people and organizations are living systems. Individuals are influenced by relationships, family history, beliefs, work environments, communities, and life experiences. Organizations are shaped by culture, communication patterns, leadership practices, and the quality of the relationships within them. When something feels stuck, the answer is rarely found by focusing on a single symptom alone. Meaningful progress often comes from understanding how the larger system is functioning and making changes that create healthier patterns throughout.

Because I have spent much of my career working in both clinical and organizational settings, I bring a perspective that bridges personal growth and organizational effectiveness. I have served as Executive Director of a nonprofit mental health center and as Chief Clinical Officer for a multi-site addiction treatment organization, experiences that have given me a practical understanding of leadership, culture, systems design, and the realities of helping people thrive within complex organizations.

Clients and colleagues often describe my style as thoughtful, direct, humorous, and grounded. I value honesty and clarity, but I also believe meaningful growth requires trust, compassion, and genuine partnership. My goal is to create an environment where people feel understood and respected while also being challenged to move beyond patterns that no longer serve them.

At this stage of my career, I am especially drawn to work that has depth, purpose, and lasting impact. Whether the focus is personal healing, stronger relationships, healthier leadership, team development, or organizational effectiveness, the work often centers on a common goal: helping people and the systems they inhabit become more honest, connected, functional, and sustainable.

Whether you are seeking counseling, leadership coaching, professional consultation, or organizational guidance, I would be honored to help you move toward what matters most.
