Modalities for Different Needs
We offer a range of services based on client needs and rooted in the belief that you can move forward and thrive, whatever you’ve been dealing with. Individuals, couples, or families—there’s something here for you. Oh, and yes, we can do in-person or virtual therapy based on what’s right for you!

Individual psychotherapy offers a focused, confidential space to explore the challenges, patterns, and questions shaping your life. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, relational struggles, life transitions, or a general sense of feeling “stuck,” therapy provides an opportunity to better understand yourself and move toward meaningful, sustainable change.
My approach is both relational and practical. I believe that lasting change happens not only through insight, but through experiencing something different—being understood in new ways, experimenting with new behaviors, and building a deeper capacity for self-awareness and self-direction. I draw from evidence-based modalities while tailoring the work to your specific needs, personality, and goals.
Clients often come in looking for symptom relief, but stay because they discover something more: a clearer sense of identity, increased emotional flexibility, and a stronger ability to navigate complexity in relationships, work, and purpose. Therapy is not about “fixing” you—it’s about helping you access and develop the parts of yourself that are already capable of growth and taking action.
This work is collaborative and active. Together, we will identify what matters most to you, clarify what is getting in the way, and develop a path forward that is both honest and achievable. Whether you are seeking short-term support or longer-term depth work, the process is designed to meet you where you are while steadily moving toward where you want to be.

Relationships are both one of the greatest sources of fulfillment and one of the most complex areas of life. Couples and family psychotherapy is designed to help people move out of painful patterns and into more honest, connected, and functional ways of relating.
In this work, the goal is not to determine who is “right,” but to understand the system you are part of—how communication breaks down, how roles develop, and how each person’s needs and fears interact with one another. Many couples and families find themselves repeating the same conflicts without resolution. Therapy helps interrupt these cycles and replace them with more productive ways of engaging.
I take a structured, systems-oriented approach that balances accountability with empathy. Each person is given space to be heard, while also being challenged to take responsibility for their impact on the relationship. We focus on improving communication, rebuilding trust where it has been damaged, and strengthening the overall emotional connection.
This work can be especially valuable during periods of transition or stress—parenting challenges, addiction recovery, infidelity, or major life changes. It is also highly effective for couples who are functioning relatively well but want to deepen their connection and prevent future issues.
Ultimately, the goal is to help you build a relationship system that is resilient, honest, and aligned with your shared values—one that can withstand conflict without losing connection.
